Day 01: Chennai
Our representative will receive you at the airport in Chennai and escort you to the hotel. Head on a sightseeing tour of Marina Beach, Kapaleeshwar Temple, Museum and other places in the afternoon. Night stay at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 02 : Chennai
The day is marked for a full day excursion to Kanchipuram Temples. Night stay at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 03: Chennai-Mahabalipuram
Proceed to Mahabalipuram after breakfast. Enjoy the scenic locales and visit the Shore Temple. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Mahabalipuram
The day is at your leisure. You can relax on the beach or take a stroll to near by places. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Mahabalipuram-Thanjavur
Proceed to Thanjavur in the morning. Tour the city and visit Brihadeshwara Temple and tourist places in the afternoon. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Thanjavur -Swamimalai
Drive to Swamimalai in the morning, which is about 36 kilometers away from Thanjavur. After arrival check in at the hotel. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 07-12: Ayurvedic treatment at Swamimalai
Get ready for the Ayurvedic way of life at Swamimalai, where you will get up early in the morning and follow a daily routine starting with poojas (worship) and yoga. Meditation and oil massage will be followed by theme breakfast and sightseeing. After lunch, you would be heading for the sightseeing tour. Evenings will be reserved for cultural programs and traditional games. Theme dinner will be followed by folk story telling.
Day 13: Swamimalai-Trichy
After your rejuvenation treatment at Swamimalai you travel back to Trichy via Thanjavur. Visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Sri Jambukeshwara Temple, St' John's church and tourist places in the afternoon. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 14: Trichy-Chennai
Proceed to Chennai and from there and take a flight back home.
